The Company “HELLINIKON S.M.S.A.” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), as part of its business activities and in particular in the context of the operation of the website “https://theellinikon.com.gr/”, provides the informational Digital AI Agent Service (The Ellinikon Chatbot) (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

In particular, the users who wish to use the Service, chat with the Company’s digital AI Agent (Chatbot), to whom they can submit any question regarding the project “The Ellinikon” and receive immediate and real-time information on the issue of their interest, including the development of the projects, the residences, the Experience Center, the ways to subscribe to the newsletters of “The Ellinikon” and to contact the Company, etc. The Service may be used both in Greek and in English.

The Company informs the users that the Service operates using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. Specifically, during the use of the Service, the users interact with an AI system that operates autonomously, generates responses and provides recommendations based on the input data the users enter into it during the exchange of messages, in order to obtain information about any query that the user addresses to the AI Agent regarding “The Ellinikon” project.

Users are advised not to enter personal data (e.g., full name, email, home address, etc.) when using the Service. The data related to the content of the users’ conversation with the AI Agent are maintained in the Company’s systems for a period of eighteen (18) months for the purpose of improving the service.
