As the year draws to a close and we welcome the next, we are pleased to share the latest news from LAMDA’s exciting journey in creating inspiring, innovative, and sustainable projects. With The Ellinikon, our marinas, and our iconic shopping destinations, we are reshaping the way people live in our cities and bringing international renown to Greece. For more than 20 years, we have been delivering projects that offer meaningful experiences for people while building public trust.

A recent example is the significant oversubscription of LAMDA’s third bond issuance in the last five years. This was the largest bond issuance in the company’s history and the one with the highest participation of retail investors. Notably, the new LAMDA bond recorded the second-highest allocation to retail investors in Greece over the past ten years.

At the same time, LAMDA’s strategic partnership with the Italian technology giant ION affirms the international profile and global interest surrounding the major regeneration of The Ellinikon. The impact of this landmark collaboration—which also represents a major step forward for Greece in the critical field of research and innovation—has been highlighted by leading international media outlets.

Focusing on the quality of people’s lives, LAMDA has entered into a strategic agreement with the Athens Medical Group for the development of an ultra-modern, pioneering Healthcare Park, which will be built in a prime location and will be in immediate proximity to The Ellinikon Mall.

Overall, The Ellinikon is progressing at a brisk pace. Some developments are already entering the final stretch toward completion.
